Reservation form
We process your name, e-mail, phone number, party size, requested time and any comment to handle your reservation request and contact you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The required details are necessary to handle the request; submitting the form does not itself confirm a reservation.
We do not store form details separately in the website database; we deliver them to the restaurant's mailbox. We keep the message only as long as needed to handle the reservation, no longer than 6 months after the requested date unless it is needed longer for a legal obligation or claim.
Form abuse protection
We protect the form from spam with Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise. When the form is submitted, Google therefore processes the IP address, browser information and a security token. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in securing the website and keeping it available (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). A pseudonymised security record used to limit repeated attempts becomes inactive after 10 minutes and is normally deleted within 24 hours.
Essential cookies
We save your cookie choice in browser local storage (consent for up to 12 months, rejection for 6 months). reCAPTCHA may set the _GRECAPTCHA security cookie for up to 6 months when the form is used. These technologies are necessary to remember the choice or secure the service and do not require consent. The __session admin sign-in cookie is used only by website administrators and lasts no longer than 14 days.
Cookies and traffic analytics
Only with your prior consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005) do we use Firebase/Google Analytics. Google creates a pseudonymous visitor identifier and processes website usage, approximate location, device and browser data. We do not allow advertising storage or personalisation. Analytics does not start without consent; withdrawing consent stops collection and removes Analytics cookies.
The _ga and _ga_* cookies may be stored for up to 2 years. We remember your choice for no longer than 12 months and then ask again. You can change your consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. We retain user and event data in Analytics for 2 months.
Recipients and international transfers
Where necessary, data may be processed by the website's technical service providers, Google Cloud/Firebase, Google reCAPTCHA/Analytics, Resend and the restaurant's mailbox provider. Some providers may process data in the United States. Such transfers are protected by the EU–US adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw Analytics consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send requests to betule.n@seznam.cz.
